In this smoothie there is, antioxidant rich berries, banana and chia seeds for fibre + brain loving omega 3's, maca powder for an energy boost, full cream milk + yoghurt for a calcium hit, and collagen for a little extra protein.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries (organic if possible - as berries are one of the most chemically sprayed fruits)
1 tsp maca powder
1/2 cup organic full cream milk
2 tbsp unflavoured greek yoghurt
1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
1 tbsp collagen powder (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well until smooth.
